Spraoi is Donegal’s leading social enterprise which invests all profit into the welfare and support of the community in Inishowen. Inspired by this work and the beautiful coastline that surround us, we have designed and made wood relief maps in our Digital Creative Lab, that show the places that motivate the work of Spraoi.
Each map presents a special place in Inishowen – Malin Head, Lough Swilly, Trawbreaga Bay – in 3D with the contours of the hills and the detail of the bays shown in relief. The birch wood is engraved with the names of places of importance to people who keep Inishowen close to their heart.
